Certain activewear items, including limited-run athletic gear, may be offered exclusively online through esbort.com. We have made every reasonable effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen's color display will be completely precise.

We reserve the right to limit product sales to any person, geographic area, or legal jurisdiction. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

Section 3 - Billing & Account Accuracy

We reserve the right to decline or limit any order placed with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account details for all purchases executed on our store. You agree to promptly update your contact info, including email address and credit card expiration details, so we can finalize transactions and reach you regarding your orders when necessary.

Section 4 - Order Modifications & Cancellations

To uphold fast shipping standards, orders enter automated queue processing shortly after checkout. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered warehouse processing or dispatch, it cannot be canceled and must be processed through our Refund Policy upon delivery.

Section 5 - Shipping Expectations & Risk of Loss

All posted delivery times (e.g., 2–5 business days within the USA, 8–12 business days to Europe) serve as operational estimates. esbort™ is not liable for carrier delays, local postal holds, or customs processing times. Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the transit carrier.

Section 6 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any supplementary agreements under which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
