At esbort™, customer trust and product satisfaction are our top priorities. Our return policies align with all US and global consumer protection guidelines to ensure a fair and straightforward process for all purchases.
1. Return Eligibility & Product Condition
We accept returns for both defective items and standard returns (such as sizing adjustments or buyer's remorse). To qualify for a full refund, returned items must satisfy the following criteria:
- Apparel must be in Brand New, Unworn Condition.
- Items must be unwashed, clean, and unaltered.
- All original esbort™ tags, labeling, and protective packaging must be intact.
- Products must be completely free of odors, stains, makeup marks, or pet hair.
2. Return Window & Mail-In Address
Customers have 30 calendar days from the documented delivery date to initiate a return request. All return shipments must be sent by mail to our headquarters:

3. Processing Times for Refunds
Once your returned merchandise is received and verified at our fulfillment center (typically within 48 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method:

4. Fees & Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns (Sizing / Remorse): The customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label through their carrier of choice.
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, esbort™ covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Contact customer support to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
